Our body is a harmoniously and synchronously working machine, in which every element is important and affects our overall functioning. We can distinguish three spheres of our body – physical, spiritual and emotional, which affect each other through organs, hormones and the nervous system. All spheres should also be properly fed – physical body appropriate diet and supplementation, physical movement and oxygen; an emotional sphere with positive feelings, such as joy, contentment, satisfaction, and the soul working out in itself appropriate values such as humility, trust, truthfulness, patience or empathy.
How it’s working?
An example is the lack of self-confidence that affects our emotions and can trigger a feeling of fear. For example, if you have prepared a brilliant project, devoting a lot of work to it, but you do not believe in its success, you will feel fear, sometimes so strong that you will feel it even physically, in the form of stomach cramps or other organs pain.
It’s bad emotions that poison your mind and thus your soul. They can stifle all positive values, leaving those that set you against people and the environment. Feeling such emotions also stimulates the production of hormones, which can have a direct impact on our body and cause, for example, a headache. In this way, these three spheres work and depend on each other. The basis is a balance – problems with one part, organ, sphere always affect the other.
What harms you?
Our body is exposed to harmful factors and substances every day, coming not only from the environment around us. Poisoning our body also causes these bad emotions, such as stress, anger, sadness or lack of spiritual values – sincerity, patience, truthfulness. The amount of toxic substances coming from the polluted air, water, soil, cigarettes and thus also food, is as large as those coming from our interior, caused by an extremely fast and tense lifestyle and the lack of regeneration of both body and mind. We give you a solution to counteract it …

Many people with anxiety disorders understand that their thoughts are irrational, but they still can’t stop them.Anxiety disorders are often linked to depression. It’s important that both conditions are treated simultaneously.
People with anxiety disorders — social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder — or phobias spend most of their lives in an agitated state. After a while, that can take a huge emotional toll, and depression often sets in. There’s no conclusive explanation as to why anxiety and depression so often co-exist, according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, but you can find relief from both with the right treatment.
Why Anxiety Leads to Depression
Anxiety disorders are much more than just nervousness and worrying. They can cause terrifying fear about things that other people wouldn’t give a second thought to.
“It’s a cycle,” says Sally R. Connolly, LCSW, a therapist at Couples Counseling of Louisville in Kentucky. “When you get anxious, you tend to have this pervasive thinking about some worry or some problem and you feel bad about it. Then you feel like you’ve failed, and you move to depression.”
The two conditions have a complicated relationship:
The incidence of developing depression in addition to an anxiety disorder is high — almost half of all people with major depression also suffer from severe and persistent anxiety, Connolly notes.
“People who are depressed often feel anxious and worried, so one can trigger the other,” she says. “Anxiety often comes before depression.”
There may be a biological predisposition to both depression and other anxiety disorders.
People who have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), an anxiety disorder, are particularly likely to also develop depression, according to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).
“Especially with anxiety, more so than depression, there often is some family history, and so therefore we think that there may be some genetic predisposition to this,” Connolly explains. “Some people are just worriers and pass it down.”
Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression
These are signs that a person may suffer from both anxiety disorder and depression:
Constant, irrational fear and worry
Physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat, fatigue, headaches, hot flashes, sweating, abdominal pain, and difficulty breathing
Insomnia
Changes in eating, either too much or too little
Difficulty with memory, decision making, and concentration
Constant feelings of sadness or worthlessness
Loss of interest in hobbies and activities
Feeling tired and cranky
Inability to relax
Panic attacks
The Road to Recovery
Both anxiety and depression should be treated together. Effective treatment strategies include:
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is often used to treat anxiety disorder with depression. CBT can teach people to manage their fears, anxieties, and depressive symptoms by figuring out what’s really causing them; people also learn how to take control of their emotions.
Antidepressant medications, which may be prescribed to help treat both conditions. These drugs are often used in conjunction with CBT. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are newer, commonly used antidepressants that offer fewer side effects than older antidepressants, according to the NIMH.
Exercise, which can also help both depression and anxiety disorders. Exercisereleases chemicals in the body that make you feel good, and it can help you relax. Taking just a 10-minute walk may alleviate symptoms for several hours, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America states.
Relaxation techniques, which include practicing meditation and mindfulness. Both can ease symptoms of both anxiety and depression and improve your quality of life, according to a large research review published in the March 2014 issue of JAMA Internal Medicine.
Loved ones of those struggling with anxiety and depression should be on the lookout for these warning signs of a mental health crisis:
Poor daily self-care, such as refusing to perform personal hygiene habits, get out of bed, or eat
Sudden and extreme changes in mood
Becoming violent, threatening, or aggressive
Abusing substances
Appearing confused or having hallucinations
Talking about suicide or about not having a reason to live
Treatment for anxiety disorders and depression needs to be administered and managed by a psychiatrist, Connolly says. “It’s really crucial for people with both [anxiety and depression] to have a good assessment to rule out bipolar disorder,” she says. Bipolar disorder, a condition in which emotions can swing from very low to very high levels of mania and depression, is treated much differently than anxiety disorder with depression.
No one has to suffer from anxiety disorder or depression, and certainly not both. People with anxiety disorder should speak with a psychiatrist, therapist, or other healthcare professional about their symptoms, and start treatment before depression has a chance to set in.

Many people try to cleanse, remove heavy metals or detoxify their bodies, perform various cleansing or detoxification systems. The question is if the specific detoxification and cleansing process works and if people know what they are getting rid of and why they actually do detoxification. And it does not matter if they drink water, eat vegetable juices, olive oil with lemon juice, food supplements, or just some light meals.
It is very important to know “why we do it”, “what we want to achieve”, and what heavy metal we really want to get rid of.
Avoiding heavy metals is not a simple process. Heavy metals are potent free radicals and disrupters of human health. Heavy metals include antimony, arsenic, bismuth, cadmium, cerium, chromium, cobalt, copper, gallium, gold, iron, lead, manganese, mercury, nickel, platinum, silver, tellurium, thallium, tin, uranium, vanadium, and zinc.
Although the primary sources of heavy metal exposure is not an exhaustive list, the chances are very high that you have been exposed to one or more of them at some point in your life.
Common exposure points include: Vaccinations, Environmental factors like work sites and chemtrails, Living in a home that has lead-based paint, Smoking or inhaling secondhand smoke, Personal care products (i.e., deodorant, make up), Seafood (i.e., salmon, lobster), Pots, pans and soda cans, Baking powder,Mercury amalgams.
How to avoid heavy metals toxicity
Unfortunately, much of the damage is down with heavy metals in the early stages of life. Extreme vaccination schedules and mercury fillings have become a part of most everyone’s life from birth to our early teens. However, the obvious solution to avoiding heavy metals is to stop doing the things (or take precautions) that introduce them to your body! Things you can do include:
-Stop smoking or hanging out in areas that it is in the air
-Use aluminum-free personal care products
-Limit or avoid seafood
-Don’t use aluminum in cooking or for drinking
-Avoid work sites or areas that produce fumes or smoke that contain heavy metals (which is nearly all of them)
-Use aluminum-free baking powder
-Check your mercury fillings by a holistic dentist
-Get your home tested for the lead, and take appropriate action based on the results
-Taking these actions will certainly clean up your heavy metal exposure, and could remove the sources in your life altogether.
Once you have determined that you do have heavy metal toxicity, it’s important to understand that it is one of the most dangerous detoxification processes to do on your own, and if you have mercury fillings or metal in your body, it may make the condition worse. However, if you choose to start the process on your own accord, consider consuming the following on a daily basis:
-Pectin in fruits and vegetables,
-Cilantro and Chlorella/Spirulina (Clean Chlorella),
-Parsley, Kale, Broccoli,
-Onions, Fermented foods,
-Garlic, Bentonite clay, Foods rich in zinc, selenium, and vitamin C.
A recent study indicates that modified citrus pectin promotes healthy urinary excretion of common, mild environmental exposures of mercury, arsenic, cadmium, lead and tin without altering excretion of other minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and selenium in Nutria. It is very important to consider liver and kidney supporting herbs as well as mineral supplementation when removing heavy metals due to the stress placed on all these areas during the process.
If we supply the right trace elements in sufficient quantity, they will extrude heavy metals from their bodies – their antagonists.
The aluminum antagonist is an iron.
Lead antagonists are calcium, magnesium, and iron.
An antagonist of cadmium is zinc.
The certain universal heavy metal antagonist is selective. For example, with more mercury or arsenic in the body, we serve selenium. This means that on the basis of a biochemical examination, we can deliberately administer dietary supplements containing heavy metal antagonists to purify the body from heavy metals.
You can also consider chelation therapy (IV or supplement based) and infrared saunas to induce heavy sweating and detoxification at a deeper level. You need to proceed with precaution with either of these therapies. The easiest, safest, and a most effective way to start removing them is through a clean, produce-filled diet.
How to remove heavy metals from our body?
By analyzing the elements in the hair we can also detect the toxic heavy metals if we have them in our body. Consequently, heavy metals from our organism can be extruded by providing trace elements, which are heavy metal antagonists.
An antagonistic relationship means that elements together fight, compete for a place in our body, are capable of pushing each other out of our body.
If we supply the right trace elements in sufficient quantity, they will extrude heavy metals from their bodies – their antagonists.
How it does work?
An aluminum antagonist is an iron.
During the heavy metal antagonist supplementation, we should eat enough fiber or supply the fiber in the dietary supplements so that heavy metals can build on it in the intestine and we can easily remove it from the body.
However, this is not a one-time cleansing, but we need supplements for several months to a year. Then we can perform a control analysis of the elements in our hair to see if we still have to continue with the supplementation.
1. Pojímejme každý text jako úžasně zajímavý.
U přirozeně emočně zajímavých textů to jde samo (pro někoho parciální derivace, pro jiného drby „kdo s kým“). U textů nepříjemných, nudných, příliš rozsáhlých či podobně negativních, kde nevýhody z čtení (věnovaný čas a nervy) jsou větší než nevýhody z nečtení (unikne nám určitá informace) – tam prostě nečteme.
5. Zrno hlavní myšlenky od plev nepodstatného oddělíme starořímskou otázkou „Cui bono?“.
Komu to slouží?
Don´t worry. Zachovejte klid a rozvahu.

Understanding the “Ups” & “Downs” of Exercise
Although we are told that exercise is good for our bodies, what we are unaware of is that exercise pushes the body beyond its usual capabilities (resulting in muscle damage). With the right amount of recovery time and appropriate nutrients, the body will efficiently repair and rebuild towards an increased level of strength and endurance (this is known as the adaptation syndrome). To continually improve our level of fitness, these principles must be supported by the right amount of nutrients and antioxidants.
If these essential nutrients are provided, this will boost exercise performance and reduce exercise recovery time.
During exercise, our bodies will:
• Increase the rate and amount of oxygen utilized
• Increase metabolism (burn more calories)
After a bout of exercise, our bodies will:
• Have an increased accumulation of toxins (free radicals) and by-products (lactic acid)
• A reduced physical resistance due to increased exercise demands
Safety & Benefits of Intra® for Athletes
Free Radicals & Lactic Acid – Since exercise increases the amount of oxygen used in the body, this causes an increased production of unstable molecules called free radicals. These highly reactive molecules can damage cells and are believed to be the main cause of sore aching muscles a day or two after exercise (known as delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS).
Wastes/By-Products – Since exercise increases metabolism, there is an increased production of waste and by-products. Collectively, these wastes need to be quickly eliminated and neutralized to reduce muscle soreness and improve exercise recovery.
Reduced Physical Resistance – Since we are “overloading” our bodies with physical stress, it takes time to repair and replenish the cells after exercise (this is known as exercise recovery).

Reactive and toxic compounds can be released into the bloodstream, disrupting the systems of the body and causing premature aging & disease.
When the organs have more toxins than they can handle, the still active or partially deactivated chemicals are stored in the fatty tissues.
The liver and the kidneys are the main organs responsible for detoxification while the lung, skin, and intestines also play an important role.
Once a foreign substance enters the body, it has to be detoxified and made water soluble so that it can be safely eliminated.
Our bodies were simply never designed to metabolize and digest these modern adulterated foods and our systems struggle to detoxify it.
Many of these pollutants end up being stored in our bodies.
Since we eat, breathe and live in this modern environment, ingesting these toxins is inevitable.
Body Pollution is the result of external toxins from the environment being stored in our body, causing premature aging and illness.
