I do have concerns also that I want to address with you. My mom ordered 6 bottles a few days ago and was wondering if she gets a 25% discount after reaching at least 600 points.

A. As a new Lifestyles member/ distributor, she will enjoy a 20% discount, and may later be promoted to D2 enjoys a 25% product discount (if cumulative product purchase point >=601) and D3 30% product if cumulative product point >= 1501.


Question: Intra package defects
Sometimes it happens that an incomplete shipment arrives...
I would like to complaint for missing products. I purchased 4 Intra Juice and 2 Nutria capsules. Only 2 bottles of Intra Juice was delivered to me today. I would like to ask what will be the next step or should I still get the missing products since I paid for it. I am hoping for your fast action on this matter.

First of all, we need to take a photo of the protocol, where it is stated that the customer received only part of the shipment.
Once we have the confirmation, we will send the replacement products and communicate the complaint with DPD ourselves.

What to do?
A/ First of all, You or the customer need to take a photo of the protocol(Damage Report), where it is stated that the customer received only part of the shipment and package/product photo.
This Damage Report shall be emailed as soon as possible to Local Lifestyles Office, where product ordered. Visit www.Lifestyles.net or PBC for Local contact. ( EU: euro@lifestyles.net )
B/ Once Lifestyles Local Office have the confirmation, they will send the replacement products and communicate the complaint with DPD ourselves.
C/ Write an apology letter to the customer and make sure at the branch that everything is resolved.
D/With new customers, it is necessary to be in contact and check whether they regularly use INTRA & Other Product and create an atmosphere of trust. The client should feel the positive effects of the INTRA product!
